Therefore, the electromagnetic design of the built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor is briefly discussed here.
First of all, regarding the selection of the rotor structure of the permanent magnet synchronous motor, the traditional permanent magnet synchronous motor adopts the surface mount type, and each permanent magnet is for one pole. For example, some permanent magnet motor magnets are designed to be placed in a “V” structure, with two permanent magnets forming a pole. This structure can effectively increase the excitation, has a relatively large salient pole ratio, and can effectively improve the weak magnetic diffusion capacity of the motor.
Furthermore, the permanent magnet of the built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor is inserted inside the rotor core, and the magnetic flux leakage is relatively large, and the utilization rate of the permanent magnet is lower than that of the surface-mounted type, so magnetic isolation measures must be adopted. Generally, we recommend customers to use air and magnetic isolation bridges for magnetic isolation. The width design of the specific magnetic isolation bridge will affect the utilization rate of the magnetic steel, as well as the problem of mechanical strength.
